About The Position
Production based position for recruitment of drivers. Recruiter will screen/interview applicants to ensure best fit for our company and driver based on what we offer and what driver is looking for in their career. Work provided leads efficiently to ensure we have best shot with driver should they be speaking with other companies for opportunities, assist with application completion, review safety reports to ensure applicant meets qualifications for approval, schedule orientation and continue to maintain contact to ensure driver shows up for orientation.
