Essential Job Duties Include: Recruit prospective new hires by sharing pertinent information about the job and following up with leads daily. Take and make high volumes of calls Use an applicant tracking software proficiently to monitor applicants Screen and prequalify applicants through the use of reports Schedule and confirm applicants Meet KPI’s and quotas such as number of hires, weekly talk time, and number of calls QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of DOT requirements, company policies, and FMCSA codes. RTI can provide on the job training. Organization and time management skills required Must be able to follow directions closely and pay close attention to detail Must have good communication skills Must be able to work with a team Must be highly adaptable Work Environment: Individuals may work remotely Remote employees are required to clock in and out for the day as well as lunches. Management must be notified if remote employees are away from their work station for more than a 15 minute break or a 60 minute lunch. Remote employees are required to be active in Microsoft Teams and easily accessible by management and other members of the Recruiting team
