About The Position
A Driver Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, screening, & interviewing qualified applicants for Independent Contractor & Company Driver positions while also working closely with the Operations and Safety. The Driver Recruiter is also responsible for conducting new driver orientations and adhering to a standardized agenda and processes.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the job posting and advertising process
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates
- Schedule and conducts interviews
- Collaborate and correspond with other departments such as Operations and Safety
- Conduct new driver orientations
