Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract.
Must have strong organizational skills, the ability to meet continuous deadlines and organize/prioritize workflow.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with people individually and as a versatile team player. Possess the ability to handle various client matters and maintain composure in difficult situations.
Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel and other computer applications.
Must be a quick learner and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Minimum 1 year of general office or customer service experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Coordinates pick ups and deliveries of various documents to the BOC and Land Court.
Delivers daily company recordings to BOC.
Assists with correction of rejected recordings and specials.
Processes accommodation releases from internal and external customers.
Works individually and as an active team member helping to achieve department goals.
