About The Position

This position is for EPES Transport, Inc., a division of Penske Logistics, based in Greensboro, North Carolina. Attains and maintains a knowledgeable, professional presentation to drivers of Company’s hiring and orientation process. Act as a source of guidance and answers to drivers throughout the drivers’ experience of getting hired. This is a key role in providing the “red-carpet experience” the Company seeks to maintain.
This position is located in Greensboro North Carolina
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for obtaining employment verifications in accordance to company policy, obtaining accident reports, reviewing applicable reports and working closely with assigned Driver Recruiter to determine the driver candidate is qualified and ready to invite to orientation.
• Schedule and arrange orientation for qualified driver applicants.
• Maintains knowledge of FMCSA regulations, company hiring guidelines and practices, ATS functionality, FMCSA and FCRA requirements.
• Respond to pre-qualified driver applicants within 24 hours of receipt of applicant file. Maintain contact with drivers up to the point of arrival to orientation.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned.
