About the Role Overview: Under the supervision of the Transportation Coordinator, the Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of PACE participants. Including transport of participants, meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, and any other transportation as deemed necessary.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
Must be able to meet EveryAge's auto insurance carrier's standards for coverage.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid North Carolina Driver's License.
Successful completion of defensive driving course within four (4) months of hire required.

Responsibilities

Transport of participants, meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, and any other transportation as deemed necessary.
Responsible for overall cleanliness and safety of the vehicle assigned on a daily basis.
Responsible for communicating any safety issue to the Transportation Coordinator.
