Requirements

Ability to follow structured, organized, and efficient processes to enhance the driver experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Customer service experience preferred
High attention to detail
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
Front office experience preferred
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and data entry

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and support to fellow administrators
Identify opportunities for improvement within the orientation process and recommend effective solutions
Foster a warm, friendly, and professional environment in a fast-paced setting
Collect, upload, and maintain all required documentation for the orientation process
Monitor drivers throughout each phase of orientation and update statuses as needed
Distribute daily status reports to the orientation and processing team
Communicate and visibly post the daily class schedule for all drivers
Assist drivers with questions, concerns, and overall onboarding needs
