About The Position

Western Slope Health Center is looking for an On-Call Driver who’s reliable, friendly, and ready to be a key part of our compassionate care team! As our driver, you'll provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for our residents to appointments and outings — helping maintain their health, independence, and connection to the world around them.

Requirements

• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Are dependable, punctual, and personable
• Enjoy working with seniors and understand their unique needs
• Are safety-focused and comfortable assisting passengers with mobility needs
• Can work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, outings, and other destinations
• Provide friendly, helpful assistance to residents as they enter and exit the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and ready to roll at all times
• Communicate effectively with staff and families about schedules and special needs
• Represent Western Slope with professionalism, patience, and care
