About The Position
Non-CDL Delivery Driver (Local Routes – Day Shift) Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or until done) Location: [Insert Location] Tropic Supply, Florida’s largest independent, family-owned HVAC distributor, is hiring an experienced Non-CDL Delivery Driver for local, same-day routes. No overnights. No long-haul. Home every day. What You’ll Do Operate Tropic Supply box trucks and vans for local deliveries Complete daily pre/post-trip inspections Verify and inspect materials before delivery Safely load/unload using liftgates, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment Deliver orders to customers with professionalism and accuracy Assist with warehouse tasks as needed (receiving, stocking, staging orders)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license + current medical certificate
- 6+ months of verifiable CMV / box-truck driving experience
- 1+ year of warehouse experience
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs
- Experience with pallet jacks/forklifts
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English for safety and delivery paperwork
Responsibilities
- Operate Tropic Supply box trucks and vans for local deliveries
