About The Position

CAN Community Health is now hiring a Driver Medical Mobile Unit Schedule: PRN (On call basis)| Day Shift | Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Are you passionate about patient care and ready to make a difference every day? Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience driving a commercial or similar vehicle
  • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or appropriate state license with clean driving record.
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate and drive the medical mobile unit to scheduled locations across urban and rural areas.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of the mobile clinic, including power, internet, and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle interior and exterior.
  • Monitor and report maintenance needs, fuel levels, and mechanical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with traffic laws, DOT regulations, and organizational safety protocols.
  • Represent the organization professionally and respectfully in the community
