Requirements
- 2+ years logistics/driver management experience
- Fleet operations background
- Calm, confident communicator and decision-maker
- Deep understanding of DOT/OSHA
Responsibilities
- Coach and manage a fleet of drivers like a true team leader
- Maximize fleet efficiency, productivity, and DOT/OSHA compliance
- Travel to remote locations to support and manage operations
- Solve problems fast, creatively, and with heart
- Lead with empathy, grit, and accountability
