You’ll play a vital role in ensuring residents get where they need to go safely and comfortably, while also creating a welcoming atmosphere at our front desk for residents, families, and guests. Requirements

  • Must be 25 years or older
  • Must have clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, family members, and guests with courtesy and professionalism
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries with accurate, helpful information
  • Assist residents with requests, appointments, and service coordination
  • Maintain a tidy, inviting, and organized reception area
  • Adhere to schedules and safety protocols at all times
  • Safely transport residents to and from doctor’s appointments, stores, and community outings
  • Provide friendly assistance and ensure residents are comfortable during trips
  • Support community events, tours, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Follow all security and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for residents and visitors
