This position is compensated under a component pay structure, which may include mileage, stops, cases, drops, waiting time, and other performance-based components. The driver must maintain compliance with DOT regulations, company safety standards, and delivery schedules.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL license (Class A or Class B based on job requirements).
  • Clean MVR and ability to meet DOT qualification standards.
  • 1–2 years of driving experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs depending on load requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of component pay systems (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a commercial vehicle (Class A or B depending on assignment) following all DOT, state, and company regulations.
  • Complete assigned routes, deliveries, and pickups within scheduled timeframes.
  • Load and unload products as required (may include palletized or manual handling).
  • Ensure accuracy of delivered products and verify all documentation.
