We are seeking a reliable and hardworking bilingual individual (English and Spanish) to join our team at our Tampa branch as a Driver Class A and Warehouse Associate. This dual role includes driving responsibilities throughout the State of Florida, as well as warehouse duties to support efficient operations and timely deliveries.

Requirements

Highschool diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A, with a clean driving record.
Bilingual, fluent English and Spanish.
Proven experience in a warehouse and driving role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to safety and adherence to transportation laws and regulations.
Must have physical strength and stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment safely and consistently throughout the shift.
Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching for extended periods throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
Ability to climb ladders or step stools and work at heights when necessary.
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling materials.
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as work gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, rain gear and hard hat.
Must always follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols.
Ability to safely operate warehouse machinery.
Must report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to supervisors.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles to deliver metal products to customers in a timely manner.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and clients.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports.
Load and unload goods from the vehicle.
Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and other team members.
Provide excellent customer service and handle any issues that arise during transport.
Respond promptly to any emergencies, such as accidents or mechanical failures, and report them to the appropriate authorities.
Follow all DOT regulations and company policies
Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing company products.
Prepare orders for shipment and ensure accuracy.
Perform regular inventory checks and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Monitor and report any damaged or defective products to management.
