About The Position

The Driver/Bellman is responsible for safely operating the hotel shuttle van for airport pickups, drop-offs, and local area transportation. This role involves assisting guests with luggage, packages, and equipment, providing valet services, and offering information about hotel facilities. The position also requires performing daily vehicle safety checks, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, ensuring adequate fuel levels, delivering items to guest rooms, and maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby, baggage room, and carts.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts (mornings/evenings).

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is often preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, open doors, provide valet services, and offer information regarding hotel facilities.

• Deliver messages, valet items, and luggage to guest rooms promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, baggage room, and carts.
