About The Position
Join our team at Zesto Chubby Decker, a cherished, family-owned Atlanta landmark known for our mouthwatering burgers, ice cream delights, and warm customer service. With a legacy spanning over 75 years, we take pride in providing a memorable dining experience for every customer. What You'll Be Doing: - Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately via our drive-thru system. - Process transactions using our POS system and ensure accurate handling of cash and credit payments. - Prepare and deliver drinks, ice cream treats and other menu items in a timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. - Collaborate with kitchen and other team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area. - Uphold health and safety standards at all times. - Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of supplies and condiments.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly and demeanor to each and every customer
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Drive-thru experience preferred.
