Job Duties The Drive Thru Associate will assist customers with their online pick-up purchases and drive thru bulk loading. They will assist in the warehouse duties as well.
Requirements
- Great communication skills
- Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
- Able to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Prior Retail experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers who come through the BOPUS and drive thru areas
- Operate cash register to scan and bag customer purchases and collect and process customer payment
- Obtain products customer ordered and prepare them for their pick up, as needed
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including:
- Move freight to staging area or shelves
- Stage and separate products for individual customers or vendors
- Move palletized products to various departments
- Transfer products from pallet to pallet
- Unload incoming products from trailers in dock area
- Load products into customer vehicles
- Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures
