Drive Thru Supervisor - FT
About The Position
The Drive Thru Supervisor is a position of management with supervision and responsibility over all Drive Thru personnel and company’s assets in the Drive Thru area, such as inventory, equipment and buildings. This individual must exhibit leadership and independent judgment in managing, training and motivating Drive Thru personnel and upholding the company’s standards and mission. It also requires the ability to interact and communicate well with customers, all store personnel, and management. Knowledge of building materials is necessary.
Requirements
- Must have a high school education or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year experience in the building industry or management position.
- Should have knowledge of building industry and managing people.
- Work requires much physical effort; involves little sitting, standing, walking and some heavy lifting on a regular basis.
- Works in a non-air-conditioned environment.
