Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in underground environments
- Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard identification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in physically demanding conditions
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
