About The Position

We are seeking experienced Drill Rig Operators to join our team based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role involves operating truck and track-mounted drill rigs (including CZM, Spiradrill, and Altec models) on various construction and geotechnical projects across the Southeastern Region of NC , SC, Georgia, and Virginia. Requirements

Prior experience operating drill rigs (CZM, Spiradrill, Altec preferred)
Strong understanding of safety protocols and mechanical systems
Willingness to travel regularly
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) is a plus

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain truck and track-mounted drill rigs on assigned projects
Travel to job sites throughout the Southeastern U.S.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and project-specific codes
Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs for vehicles and equipment
Attend and participate in weekly toolbox safety meetings
Maintain accurate records of drilling activities as needed
