Job Description: Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and or MBA from an ABET accredited university (or equivalent) Knowledge of Body Exterior Trimparts, focused on Functional Plastics. Experience developing Performance Standards, Creating master sections and Surface feasibility proposal for PDO Design for Six Sigma DFSS experienced (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), Shainin Green Belt NX and Teamcenter knowledge Automotive Interior Product Design components/systems design/development/releasing experience Experience with Tooling feasibility in Injection molded plastics/Decorative components Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, leadership, organizational skills, excellent relationship building skills with the ability to work in a cross functional team environment Knowledge of Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R), FEA, Mold Flow Virtual Validation, GD&T, and i-Speed Well-rounded outward attitude Willingness to present to Management Knowledge of Quality Methods and tools (Green Belt -- DFSS/Reactive, SBT, 3L5Y) Knowledge of radio head unit software and hardware architectures and corresponding vehicle system architecture Ability to lead colleagues from engineering, planning, and suppliers to achieve goals Demonstrated potential to direct, teach, lead and inspire Highly effective at communicating technical issues both verbally and written Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) Strong technical knowledge of plastic design and system interfaces. Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and or MBA from an ABET accredited university (or equivalent)
Knowledge of Body Exterior Trimparts, focused on Functional Plastics.
