Requirements

Must have a proven track record in a one-call call close sales role performing at a high level
Must demonstrate competence in communicating sewer issues and clearly explain solutions that homeowners can understand.
Must be proficient with using iphone/ipad
Must have a clean DMV report and pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

Technically savvy, customer-friendly who creates a quality first impression every time and provides diagnosis and long-term, permanent solutions for sewer issues.
The Drain Advisor is positioned as the expert who can pinpoint residential sewer issues, reasons for them and provide sound, permanent solutions for clients to choose.
Follows behind Drain Technician after flow has been restored or called in if flow unable to be restored for next step recommendations.
Engages residential clients in process using print tutorials and closed caption monitor and navigates sewer camera equipment .
Accurately traces sewer line using professional sonar equipment.
Considers labor, material, permit, equipment and sub-contractor expense prior to presenting price to clients to ensure projects meet job profitability targets.
Establishes professional and pleasant rapport with all associate drain technicians and dispatchers.
Takes photos of job site and provides thorough description of work to be performed to set the install crew up for success and ensure the install team delivers an excellent customer experience.
Responsible for filling the install board for multiple sewer crews.
Educates clients on financing options.
Self-starter who seeks innovative methods and referrals to generate additional business.
Responds to on-call service requests/turnovers as necessary.
Turns over sister department leads according to Precision’s process.
