Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent ( required )
1+ year of experience as a Drain Technician or Plumbing Helper
Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
Physical dexterity to perform job duties effectively

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries
Troubleshoot drainage problems, and provide timely resolutions
Utilize camera inspections to accurately assess drain lines and identify issues
Install, maintain, clean, and repair drain systems
Inspect and test plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and water quality
Provide accurate cost estimates and explain findings to customers
