- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree
- 5+ years of drafting or design experience
- Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks and EPDM
- Ability to read, interpret, and work with complex models and drawings
- General understanding of mechanical design principles
- Working knowledge of drafting and design standards
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision and solve complex problems
Nice To Haves
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Welding and fabrication knowledge or hands-on experience
- Demonstrated ability to generate new ideas and contribute to problem-solving during the design phase
