About The Position

Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned home remodeling company for over 40 years! We are seeking a Visualization Assistant who embodies our company culture, demonstrates innovation and integrity, and will help us uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service and quality work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2 (+) years of CAD design drafting and 3D modeling, required
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Adobe Creative Cloud, 2020, Chief Architect, and various applications.
• A passion for interior design and working as a team.
• Effective interpersonal communication, time management, and organization skills
• Guided decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenging situations

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
• knowledge of our brands, preferred

Responsibilities

• Attend goal-setting and pre-construction meetings with management and team
• Abide by current industry prices, practices, and processes with a personal laptop and applicable software.
• Draft, render, and 3D model floorplans, elevations, and layouts.
• Print templates and redline until aligned with plans.
• Travel to site measures and pick-up permits.
