About The Position

The list of Duties and Responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive, and employees will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required. Learn to follow customer specifications and prepare related drawings, as needed, for the customer and for the Fabrication Department on the CAD system. Learn to communicate clearly and professionally with the customer when determining what specification drawings are needed and what product is required. Assist Assembly or Fabrication Departments in interpreting orders or drawings if such departments are experiencing problems. Become familiar with sourcing non-standard parts to assist Purchasing Agent in ordering. Learn the order entry process Create detailed CAD drawings for fiberglass components and pultruded profiles. Translate engineering specs into production-ready drawings for composite materials. Update and revise drawings based on prototype testing and production feedback. Ensure drawings meet structural, thermal, and chemical resistance requirements for composite applications. Maintain organized drawing archives and version control for compliance and traceability. Work overtime as business needs require. Comply with Company guidelines, rules, and procedures as contained in the Employee Handbook and miscellaneous memos.
