This will in part be accomplished by: Focusing on the areas and factors where 7G Distributing, LLC must improve in order to win long-term, sustainable market share while the sales team is focused on detailed, tactical execution. Ensuring the “best-in-market” execution of DSD service to on- and off-premise accounts through best-in-class sales execution, and maintaining superior “partner” relationships with retailers and Suppliers. Serving as a role model for 7G Distributing, LLC by establishing mutual respect with management and co-workers. The Draft Manager will lead by example to promote teamwork, cooperation, and enhanced morale. Operating with candor, integrity, and professionalism in all 7G Distributing, LLC interfaces.
