Position Summary: We are looking for a full-time customer service-oriented Draft Services Representative. This position will clean draft lines and maintain draft equipment at assigned accounts, establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts, resolve service complaints and special customer requests. Requirements

21 years of age or older
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Frequently required to lift and/or move up to (50) lbs for package product and up to (100) lbs for keg product
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record
Must have a cell phone with data capability, we will provide cell phone allowance
Required to drive own vehicle

Nice To Haves

Previous beverage industry experience helpful, but not necessary

Responsibilities

Organize schedule and maintain daily route
Perform draft line cleaning in new and existing accounts
As needed, deliver tap handles to the accounts as requested by the Sales rep/Team Leader.
Establishes rapport with decision-maker (manager or owner) at assigned accounts.
Maintains draft equipment used for servicing accounts in good condition.
Completes a daily tracking work log
As needed, consult with accounts on draft problems to troubleshoot and resolve and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain proper inventory of parts, cleaning chemicals and tap handles
Clean and maintain draft work areas and equipment
Perform all other duties as assigned
