About The Position

Operate dozer equipment to move earth, rock, and other materials efficiently
Maintain proper grading and slope control across work areas
Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Follow safety procedures and communicate with site personnel
Support production and site preparation activities as directed

Requirements

• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
• Strong spatial awareness and attention to terrain conditions
• Commitment to safety and adherence to operational protocols
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical understanding and problem-solving skills
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
