Night Shift Dozer Operator
About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate dozer equipment to move, grade, and shape materials safely and efficiently. Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly. Support production goals by maintaining proper material flow and site organization. Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety-first culture. Assist with additional site tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Ability to operate or learn to operate dozer equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changing site conditions and operational needs.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
