About The Position
We are proud to offer dedicated employment opportunities for Doyon, Limited Shareholders and Descendants within our concession operations at Denali National Park & Preserve. These positions support guest services, transportation, facilities, retail, and food & beverage operations—all essential roles that help visitors experience the park safely and enjoyably. Doyon Shareholders fill a wide range of roles throughout the operation, and multiple vacancies are available. Employees gain valuable seasonal work experience in a unique and culturally significant location while contributing to the success of one of Alaska’s most visited destinations. These opportunities are open exclusively to Doyon Shareholders and Descendants, in alignment with our shareholder employment program.
Requirements
- Must be a Doyon, Limited Shareholder or Descendant.
- Ability to work in a remote, seasonal environment.
- Willingness to learn, follow training, and work as part of a team.
- Ability to perform physical tasks relevant to the position (standing, lifting, cleaning, etc.).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional service to guests and coworkers.
- Support daily operations in accordance with company guidelines and National Park Service requirements.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and respect for the cultural and environmental significance of Denali.
- Work collaboratively as part of a diverse, seasonal workforce.
- Perform duties with reliability, positivity, and a willingness to learn.
