About The Position

Gehl Foods is a fast-growing food and beverage manufacturer, known for ready-to-serve products like nacho cheese and protein shakes—no refrigeration needed. The Downline Operator is responsible for operating various downline equipment to standards, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a work area that complies with GMP and 5s standards.

Requirements

No experience required – we provide thorough training
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs)
Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work

Nice To Haves

Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

Responsible for operations to standards on the following: Accumulator, Diagraph, Laser, Capper, Straw Applicator, Shrink, Wrapper, Mead, and Elevator
Conduct quality checks in accordance with Gehl Southeast SOP's
Effectively troubleshoot, adjust, and communicate problem statements
Must maintain a work area that complies with all GMP and 5s standards
Hand stacks cases off conveyor when necessary
Accurately document and maintain any critical parameters
