Requirements

• Team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable using knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant business
• Need to be 18+ for prep cook position (16-17 for Front of House at Garver)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation)

Responsibilities

• Measuring, mixing, weighing, and prepping dough
• Use mixer and rounder to prepare dough balls for proofing
• Shred and prep cheese
• Maintain a clean, organized prep area
• Work with a supportive, fun restaurant crew (laughter required!)
