About The Position
As AM Pizza Prep, you’ll be responsible for preparing dough, sauces, toppings, and components that power our pizza service. Your work ensures smooth execution and consistency during peak service hours.

Nice To Haves
- Previous kitchen or pizza prep experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings according to standards
- Portion, label, and store ingredients properly
- Assist with stretching dough and organizing pizza mise en place
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe prep area
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate prep needs with chefs and kitchen leadership
