About The Position

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. This role requires adaptability to work in a hybrid environment and eventually transition to full-time office presence.

Requirements

7-8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
Experience with SQL Server and database design.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) is desirable.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microservices architecture.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of RESTful services and API security.
Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer or Azure Developer Associate.
Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent) is a plus.
Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, BAs, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
