Grey Street Consulting, LLC (Grey Street), a leading small business provider of Grants Management operational support services to Federal civilian and defense agencies, is seeking to hire a Part-Time Program Manager to support our prospective client within the Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). DOT FHWA is located in Washington, DC, and this position is to be performed in a remote capacity. Candidates need to be agreeable to the possibility of the government returning staff on-site. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The PM is responsible for overall management of the order and order personnel, including quality assurance for all products delivered to the Government and availability of resources to complete all requirements. Serve as the contact point for all matters related to order management, task order modifications, and performance issues. Meets with customer and Contractor personnel to discuss and review task requirements, performance, and deliverables. Fulfills order reporting requirements. Leadership skills, including personnel management and project/task management to accomplish order requirements.
