About The Position

The DOT Admin is responsible for reviewing, assisting, consulting, and compliance of DOT-related regulations including, but not limited to: hours of service, correct routing, records inquiries, audit preparation, and paperwork completion. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. About Denali National Park & Preserve and Doyon/Aramark Joint Venture: Summer days in Alaska stretch nearly endlessly, with up to 20 hours of daylight on the Summer Solstice. Spanning 6.2 million acres, Denali National Park & Preserve is home to Denali, the highest peak in North America, and attracts over half a million visitors annually. Conveniently accessible by road—4.5 hours from Anchorage and 2 hours from Fairbanks. Doyon Limited and Aramark have teamed up in a Joint Venture as the Denali National Park & Preserve's Concessionaire. Open May to September, our operation manages the transportation, retail, guest service and food and beverage concessions with our client; The National Park Service. By road, our 100 Blue Bird Bus Fleet takes guests past the 15-mile public access point daily during summer months, allowing people to hike, view wildlife, climb, and camp where few people have set foot. This is a seasonal role with ideal dates of April 18 - September 20, 2026. We offer competitive wages, paid Holidays, Sick Pay and Benefits Stipend. Requirements

  • Previous experience in transportation dispatch or related field preferred
  • Must have a solid understanding of common software applications
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attentional to detail
  • Excellent social and communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Performs and coordinates a variety of duties related to dispatch and scheduling
  • Responsible for receiving calls for service; prioritizes and coordinates the service requests
  • Works closely with management and the dispatch team to communicate needs and ensure timely guest service
  • Maintains records and documentation of service requests on appropriate software
  • Provides customer service and maintains a friendly demeanor toward customers, guests, clients, and co-workers
  • Bus ridership Audits
  • East Fork waits time collection.
  • Drug testing programs for the randoms testing.
  • Auditing of timecards for missed punches and incorrect pay codes
  • Present Company Vehicle PowerPoint, written test and drive test for employees on property that need to drive support NON-DOT vehicles.
  • Scheduling of tours while Tour Managers are on days off.
