About The Position

We are looking for a sociable and dependable individual to fill the position of Doorperson at Breakers Row One The Doorperson will provide front door services such as package delivery valet parking handling incoming calls and assisting residents with various tasks This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Requirements

• Must have a valid Florida Drivers License and a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 100 lbs
• Availability to work morning evening weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a warm and courteous manner
• Handle incoming phone calls from residents and assist with package deliveries groceries and other items
• Log all deliveries and maintain records of residents arrivals and departures
• Provide valet parking for residents and guests vehicles
• Assist with luggage transport storage cage items and dry cleaning delivery
• Maintain cleanliness of doorman podiums storage areas and carts
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Follow daily briefings and keep log book records up to date
• Assist security officers with apartment access and maintain vehicle traffic flow in designated areas
