About The Position

This is not a desk job. This is boots-on-the-ground leadership. If you’ve led door teams in solar, roofing, alarms, pest control, or home improvement — and you know how to recruit, train, and drive daily performance — this is your opportunity to scale a market.

Requirements

  • 2+ years door-to-door sales experience
  • Previous leadership or team management preferred
  • Proven ability to hit activity targets
  • Strong recruiting mindset
  • Comfortable working outdoors daily
  • High energy and competitive drive
  • If you’ve built or managed a 10+ rep team before, we want to talk.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard door-to-door reps
  • Run daily field launches and territory assignments
  • Conduct ride-alongs and hands-on coaching
  • Track activity: doors, contacts, appointments, show rate
  • Hold reps accountable to performance standards
  • Build a competitive, high-energy team culture
  • Work directly with the Sales Manager to hit monthly revenue targets
