About The Position
Rolling Suds of Salt Lake and Park City is hiring a hungry, high energy door to door sales closer to help grow our residential power washing and window cleaning business. This is for someone who loves the chase, likes talking to people, and wants to get paid based on performance. You will be out in neighborhoods generating leads, knocking doors, building trust fast, and closing jobs for house washing, driveway cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services. We want someone who is competitive, motivated, and confident asking for the sale.
Requirements
- Strong communicator with confidence and people skills
- Comfortable with door to door sales
- Competitive and money motivated
- Able to handle rejection and keep going
- Self driven and dependable
- Professional in appearance and attitude
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is a plus, but closers from other industries are welcome
Responsibilities
- Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods
- Talk with homeowners and identify cleaning opportunities
- Generate interest and close jobs on the spot
- Follow up on warm leads and unsold estimates
- Help build route density in active service areas
- Represent the company professionally and with energy
- Track your leads, quotes, and closed deals
