Hi, we’re Kapture Pest Control. We're a young and fast-growing pest control business in New Jersey with over 1,000 five-star reviews and a strong reputation for doing things the right way. We’re launching our Residential Door-to-Door Sales Team and building it from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join early, work directly with leadership, and grow fast as this division expands. We’re looking for driven, competitive individuals who want more than just a job — people who want to win, earn, and build something. You don’t need pest control experience. What matters is follow-through, hunger, and the ability to handle your day without being told what to do. If you’ve sold anything before you’ll be off to a fast start. If not, we’ll train you to get there. We invest in people who perform. This is a performance-driven role with real upside and clear career growth.
