About The Position
Synergy Windows of Atlanta is now hiring talented and motivated individuals looking for a part-time massive earning opportunity. Appointment Setters are core to the company and our success overall! You will work with homeowners by participating in door-to-door marketing to find individuals who are interested in replacing their old windows. You will set appointments, network with various clients, and be able to establish business-related growth within the market. We are looking for talented individuals who may have little to no experience and who are motivated and excited to get out there and achieve their wildest dreams. There is NO experience required. We offer in-house training to make sure you exceed and grow. We are in search of part-time teammates. This position has a flexible shift schedule, allowing you to work, earn a great income, and have a healthy work-life balance! Our team members will receive: Starting annual pay anywhere from $50,000 - $75,000, when achieving goals. Uncapped commission ability to earn as much as you desire. Eligibility to earn bonuses and rewards when working. Ability to determine your own success. Ability to advance to a higher position in 2.5 months!!, earning upwards of $150,000+ per year!! What you will be doing: Educating homeowners on the benefits of replacement windows and energy efficiency Generating Interest in the ability to save money by replacing their old windows. Collaborating with our team members to have a fun experience out in the field. Following up with clients at both effective times. Represent the Synergy Window family in a professional manner when networking. Above all, have the ability to have FUN! Position Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Ability to show motivation and belief in our core values. Reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and with a team. Strong people skills with the ability to converse and network with homeowners. Ability to work a minimum of 25 Hours per week Having a positive mindset! This position offers in-house training and weekly meetings allowing for ease of access for unlimited tools and resources
