Our model is simple: we’re completing a job on the street, the truck is still warm, and you're the one knocking on the neighbor's door. Social proof is already built. Your job is to turn it into booked appointments.
If you've knocked doors before, you already know: warm territory changes everything. This isn't cold canvassing. This is leveraging completed work to open real conversations with homeowners who can see the results next door.

Requirements

• Experienced. You've canvassed before in a sales environment. Period.
• Comfortable on the doors. You don't freeze up, fumble scripts, or avoid objections — you handle them.
• Physically capable. You can walk neighborhoods for hours in Florida heat without complaint.
• Self-managed. Nobody is babysitting you in the field. You track your own numbers and hold yourself accountable.
• Reliable. You show up on time with your own transportation, every shift.
• Hungry. You want to grow, not just collect a check.

Nice To Haves

• Door-to-door lead gen or appointment-setting experience
• Track record of hitting or exceeding daily/weekly knock and set goals
• Familiarity with SalesRabbit, SalesForce or similar canvassing CRM

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods where we've already completed projects (Chase the Truck model)
• Knock doors, build instant rapport, and generate qualified appointments for the sales team
• Log all activity, notes, and leads in SalesRabbit; no excuses, no gaps
• Travel across the Greater Tampa Bay area daily
• Work evenings and Saturdays when homeowners are actually home
• Represent the #1 rated company in the state — look the part, act the part
