About The Position
The company is seeking a skilled and motivated Door Service Technician to join their team. The role involves troubleshooting door service calls, performing repairs, and completing scheduled maintenance based on customer needs. The successful technician will represent the company professionally, promote its products and services, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction during every service visit. The company specializes in pedestrian door service and installation, built on quality products and long-term customer partnerships. They employ certified AAADM inspectors with over 50 years of product knowledge, capable of servicing and repairing all makes and models of automatic doors and windows from various manufacturers. 24/7 service is available to meet after-hour needs in designated and expanding coverage areas across North Carolina, Central and Eastern Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, Louisiana, Texas, and in Canada (greater Toronto, the Ottawa Valley, and Southern Ontario).
