The Opportunity: Door Attendant (Part-Time) Who We Look For: We are looking for an individual who can provide support to our Guest Services department. As the first and last face of the Resort, you will be welcoming and intuitive to the guest’s journey. Great coordination with different resort teams and an amiable attitude will be essential in this role to be successful

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in Resort Guest Services
  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
  • Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
  • High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
  • A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests at the Resort’s front drive upon arrival and departure
  • Assist guests as necessary with luggage
  • Assist guests as necessary with travel arrangements
  • Retain exceptional knowledge of hotel services and amenities offered
  • Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
  • Assist with Bell Attendant duties and coverage as needed
  • Assist guests with their arrival and departure experience
  • Prepare necessary deliveries to and pick-ups from guest rooms
  • Transport guests and hotel packages, faxes, envelopes, and parcels
  • Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
  • Retain exceptional knowledge of hotel services and amenities offered
