About The Position

We’re looking for a Door Attendant who understands that the first impression is a spell that can’t be undone. You’ll be the guardian of the threshold, welcoming guests, managing entry, and setting the tone for the night. This role is part hospitality, part crowd control, and part stage presence.

Requirements

• Comfortable taking charge while staying approachable
• Observant, detail-oriented, and unflappable under pressure
• Able to read a room and adjust your tone accordingly
• Experienced in hospitality, nightlife, or door staff work

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly while maintaining the mystique of the space
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow with calm authority
• Check IDs and ensure compliance with house rules and city regulations
• Communicate clearly with bartenders and management about capacity and pacing
• Handle guest questions with charm, confidence, and discretion
• Keep the entrance organized, safe, and running smoothly
• Know when to be friendly, when to be firm, and when to disappear into the shadows
