About The Position

Step into a uniquely meaningful role as a Donor Services Coordinator, where every conversation and medical chart review contributes to restoring sight and changing lives. What You'll Do: Speak with donor families experiencing grief and guiding them through the donation process . Review donor's medical records , complete questionnaires, and communicate with medical staff to determine donor eligibility. Coordinate with funeral homes, medical examiner offices, and hospitals to dispatch Recovery Technicians to donor locations . Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills; empathetic by nature
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft software, database management, and/or phone systems
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and manage shifting priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service, social work, insurance claims or healthcare industry experience is a plus!
