About The Position

The heart of Boston Ballet is the human experience. Through our living and breathing art, we forge human connections—between artist and attendee, teacher and trainee, friend and newcomer, one's outer and inner self. We believe that our community of employees is better when talented individuals with varied life experiences, identities, races, cultures, and ideas are welcomed, encouraged, and heard. As an internationally-acclaimed company, Boston Ballet is ever-evolving and innovating to stay relevant and ahead of the curve—in our business model, our repertoire, our education, and our engagement with our community. The Donor Services Associate is vital in providing highly personalized customer service for Boston Ballet’s top supporters and ensuring delivery of benefits for members in our annual giving societies. The Donor Services Associate stewards Boston Ballet’s top stratum of individual donors by working independently and using their own judgment on special ticket handling services, donor recognition procedures, and event and benefit fulfillment strategies. They work collaboratively with members of the Development and Marketing teams and are Development’s chief liaison with the Box Office.
