About The Position

The Donor Relations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the fundraising efforts of Hospice Savannah Foundation. This position is responsible for donor communications, donation processing, and ensuring accurate database reporting. The coordinator will also oversee the management of brick and leaf tributes, assist with sponsor solicitation, maintain vendor relationships, and provide support during events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, donor-centered, data-savvy, and passionate about supporting compassionate, community-based hospice care.

Requirements

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Good penmanship skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Proficiency with donor database systems.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated fundraising campaigns, including direct mail, digital, and social media strategies.
