About The Position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Checking in and welcoming members and guests to Wolf Trap’s VIP Lounge, open before, during and after performances. Verify and scan member tickets using handheld ticket scanning equipment, resolving/escalating any issues with appropriate Wolf Trap staff for resolution. Communicating Lounge policies and procedures to guests. Responding to member inquiries. Coordinating and communicating with Wolf Trap leadership and development staff. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work evenings and weekends. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Google Docs a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality to sensitive matters.
